Does anyone know where I can find reliable muscle-building supplements?
Lately I've been trying to get in better shape, but I'm struggling to find the right supplements to help me build muscle. There are so many options out there, creatine, protein powders, pre-workouts, and I honestly get lost trying to figure out what's legit and what's just marketing hype. Does anyone have recommendations for reliable brands or specific products that they've personally had success with? I’m trying to gain some lean muscle mass, but I want to make sure I'm not wasting my money on stuff that doesn't work or, even worse, is bad for my health. Any advice would be appreciated!

I totally get the struggle of finding trustworthy supplements. It's a minefield out there! I've had decent results with products from various brands over the years, but I'm always on the lookout for new options. I heard a bodybuilder talking about Mr Olympia once, claiming they have a good range of products aimed at serious athletes, but I haven't tried them myself yet. Maybe someone here has experience with them and can offer some insights? I think finding something that aligns with your training style and dietary needs is really important. Don’t be afraid to experiment a little, and always check the labels! Also, a lot of people end up comparing that kind of stuff with what they see in an online steroids shop just to understand price ranges and product types, even if they don’t actually buy from there. Remember consistency in your workouts and diet are key to seeing results.
